Mr Hughes, a masters level social worker, has been with Riverside Community Care, a local non-profit human service organization, for 25 years. In his current position as Director of Riverside’s Clubhouse & Employment Services Division, Mr. Hughes is responsible for overseeing the development and management of programs that provide employment and educational training, placement, and support to adults with a history of mental illness; along with social programming and independent living support. Mr. Hughes joined NCDF in 1986 and has served as Vice President since 1992.
