Laurie Gould is a a partner in VIVA Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm serving community development organizations throughout the country. Her practice incorporates financial consulting on the development and asset management of affordable housing, as well as strategic and business planning with community development groups from the non-profit, public and private sectors.
In her financial consulting practice, Laurie has structured more than $250 million in financing to develop hundreds of units of affordable housing. She has also worked with numerous existing projects on refinancing and other asset management issues.
Laurie’s consulting practice also includes strategic and business planning, primarily with organizations that build, manage or finance affordable housing. She has worked with organizations as diverse as homeless shelters and private syndicators to chart strategic and operational courses to meet their goals.
