The waiting lists for subsidized (affordable) units at all of the NCDF properties are currently closed and we are unable to accept applications. We recommend that you continue to check our website, as we will announce the opening of the waitlist at least 60 days in advance. Announcements will be made on this website as well as in the real estate section of area newspapers.
