Mr. Engler is President of SEB LLC, a private consulting firm specializing in affordable housing and community development. In addition to serving as the President of NCDF, Mr. Engler also serves as President of the Pelham Corporation, a non-profit organization based in Framingham, which owns 558 rental units. Mr. Engler, a resident of Newton since 1969, joined NCDF in 1985.
